It’s been about a month since adoption, and these two (Willow and her new sibling Phantom!) are settling in together as well as can be expected! They still enjoy chasing each other around the house, and their humans are pretty sure it’s more playful than anything else.

Every now and then, Willow delivers an unprovoked double-slap—but Phantom takes it like a champ, looking at his person with a hilarious, “What’s her deal?” expression. 😂

They’re still figuring each other out, but there’s something pretty special about watching two cats learn to share a home, find their rhythm, and become part of the same family. They may not have everything completely figured out just yet, but they’re safe, loved, and home—and that’s what every rescue cat deserves. ❤️

Here’s to many more months (AND YEARS) of playful chases, unexpected double-slaps, and a lifetime of happily ever after! 🐾🏡💕
