Adoption Update: Milo (Formerly Muffin Man)

From Muffin Man to Milo! 🐾

Our former Muffin Man—now officially known as Milo—is settling into his new home beautifully! He has quickly discovered some of life’s greatest pleasures: soft blankets, cozy beds, big windows to watch the world go by, treats, toys, and plenty of attention. ❤️

Milo is also keeping his family on their toes! He is extremely playful and has more than a little bit of wild-child energy. At one point, he even climbed his family’s 14-foot curtains and perched over the curtain rod! Thankfully, his new giant cat tower has become a favorite hangout and is helping him channel some of that adventurous energy.

While Milo isn’t quite ready to be picked up or held yet, his family understands that trust takes time. They’re giving him the patience and space he needs to feel safe and comfortable—and they’re already seeing him settle down and become more at ease.

Most importantly, Milo is surrounded by love and has officially found his family. His adopters told us, “We are so happy he is part of our family!” And honestly, that’s the kind of update that makes everything we do at Chicagoland Animal Rescue worth it.

From shelter life to soft blankets, sunny windows, a giant cat tower, and a family who adores him—Milo has found his happily ever after. 💕
